Who we are

DryDay is a referral service. We help homeowners connect with roofing companies. We don't perform roofing work, inspections, or pricing.

What we collect

When you send a request: the kind of roof issue, your ZIP code, whether you're the homeowner or decision-maker, your preferred timing, your name, phone, email, and any optional details you add. We don't ask for insurance or financial information.

We also record how you found us — for example, ad campaign tags or a Google Ads click ID in the page link — and a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address used only to block spam.

How we use it

To contact you about your request and to look for a roofing company that serves your area. If you arrived from an ad, we may let the ad platform know a request was sent so we can understand which ads are helpful. We don't send your name or contact details to the ad platform.

A real person reads and handles your request and responds within 24 hours. We don't use AI bots to read, answer, or respond to what you send us.

Who we share it with

Your contact details are only shared with a roofing company after we tell you which company it is and you give permission. We don't sell your information. If there's no roofing company available in your area, we won't share it with anyone.

How it's stored

Requests are stored in a secure database that only the DryDay owner can access after signing in.
